BAKED APPLE WITH GRANOLA AND COOLE SWAN

Ingredients

150ml Coole Swan

4 Dessert Apples cored (Cox/Brae burn)

5 tbsp. Granola

100g Golden Raisins

1/2 Orange, Juice & Zest

1 tsp. Brown Sugar

Pinch Cinnamon

20g Butter

250g Marscarpone Cheese

1 tbsp. Icing Sugar

 

Method

Preheat your oven to 180C.

Mix the granola, raisins, zest and juice of the orange, brown sugar and cinnamon.

Place the apples on a baking tray and spoon this mixture inside, pouring over any excess liquid.

Top each one with butter and bake for 30 minutes until soft and sticky.

For the Coole Swan topping, mix the marscarpone, Coole Swan and icing sugar and set aside until needed.

Once the apples are baked allow to sit for 5 minutes.

Serve with a big spoon of Coole Swan marscarpone on top!
