COOLE SWAN WALNUT FUDGE
250ml Coole Swan
675g Dark Chocolate
350g Icing SugarWalnut fudge
350g Mixed Nuts
Grease and line a 20cm x 20cm baking tin. Set aside.
In a bowl over a pot of gently simmer water, combine and melt the chocolate and butter.
Stir in the Icing sugar and Coole Swan until smooth.
Add in the nuts and mix well.
Turn this mix into the tin and place a layer of cling-film on top and press to smooth the top.
Chill for a minimum of 2 hours.
