THE SWIFT

Dessert isn’t all about coffee and cake, especially when you have a bottle of Coole Swan resting on ice. Serve your guests this cocktail of peaches and cream and we can guarantee that the evening isn’t at an end – it’s only about to begin.

Ingredients:

45ml / 1.5oz. Coole Swan

30ml / 1oz. Peach Schnapps

Method:

Place the ingredients in your Coole Swan Cocktail Shaker. Put in the ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into a glass of your choice – we used the Coole Swan Signature Glass.

Garnish:

Place dices peaches in the bottom of the glass and pour.

Notes:

Taste – edgy take on the traditional ‘’peaches and cream’’.

What we found – made without ice this cocktail had a mousse / ice-cream texture. It made for a perfect and really fast dessert.
